I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism at this pharmacy. I had a doctor send a prescription here and not only were they unable to fulfill the prescription, they were extremely condescending and deleted the prescription forcing me to have to talk to my doctor again and leaving me without my medications rather than allowing me to transfer it to another pharmacy. I always try to give patience and grace as a lifelong customer service professional myself, but I have never been talked down to and dismissed so quickly at a healthcare establishment as by your employees here. I will literally never use this pharmacy again and would encourage others to avoid it.

The staff is incredibly nice I’ve been going for a while and they know me by name. They frequently have been able to fill my prescription when other pharmacies have had my medication back ordered and their prices are great

The Hilltop Pharmacy team really came through for me today. There was a hiccup with my insurance and I was so stressed about getting my meds before the holiday weekend. May went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me while being so kind and patient. Thank you!

Always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond for their customers. They even help ypu keep track of what ypu need. I highly recommend this place . Only place I get prescriptions.... Amy Prall
